Terms & Conditions
1. BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS:
1.1 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the final treatment cost.
1.2 Late arrival: Clients must arrive on time for their appointments. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.
1.3 Cancellation by Client: If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must notify Your Cosmetic Nurse at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
1.4 Cancellation by Your Cosmetic Nurse: While we aim to adhere to our booking schedule, there are times where we may need to cancel your appointment. We will notify the client as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment or refund of the deposit.
2. TREATMENT
2.1 Eligibility for treatment: All clients must disclose their allergies, medical history, treatment history, medications, pregnancy/breastfeeding status and age during their consultation and appointment. Your Cosmetic Nurse reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable.
2.2 Consent: Prior to any treatment, clients must sign a consent form, indicating that they understand the risks involved and wish to proceed with treatment.
2.3 Adverse reactions: All injectable treatments carry the risk of adverse reactions. Clients must immediately contact Your Cosmetic Nurse or the Emergency Contacts on the last page of the Aftercare Document emailed to the client post treatment.
2.4 No children in clinic: For safety reasons, we do not allow children under the age of 12 to accompany clients in clinic. We do not provide treatments on children under the age of 18.
2.5 Outcomes: While we aim to achieve satisfactory results, individual responses to medications may vary and we cannot guarantee results that will meet the clients’ expectations.
2.6 Pricing: Prices of treatment are subject to change without prior notice. Clients can view updated pricing on the website and financial consent will be obtained prior to conducting treatment.
2.7 Payment: Clients can make payment via cash or card in clinic. Card payments incur a 1.1% surcharge per transaction.
2.8 Adhering to aftercare: A copy of aftercare instructions are sent to the email address provided by the client. Clients are encouraged to adhere to aftercare instructions as much as possible to achieve desired results and avoid adverse reactions.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY AND LIABILITY
3.1 Confidentiality: Client details and medical records are kept confidential and not shared with third parties unless legally obliged to do so. However, electronic communications and data storage carries risks and Your Cosmetic Nurse cannot be held liable for such confidentiality breaches.
3.2 Social media and website advertising: Images of clients pre and post treatment are kept in a private database to form part of patient medical records. Images will only be shared online if consent is provided to do so.
3.3 Liability: Your Cosmetic Nurse and associates will not be held liable for any injuries, adverse events or losses as a result of provided treatments or information provided on our website or social media accounts.
4. UPDATES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Your Cosmetic Nurse reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
By booking an appointment or engaging with Your Cosmetic Nurse, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
